Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all massage heads, power cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
